Built by Vic Di Felice around 1955, the building was originally two shops with residence upstairs where the Di Felice family lived. The shops were let.

During the 1960 flood, the family were trapped upstairs and never knew the names of the two men who rescued them in their boat.

The Di Felice family would love to know the identity of the men who rescued their grandparents.
