A bit of confusion with this one!

50 High Street - Charles Lewis Jillett (from 1918 to 1945?) Can anybody date the car and motor cycle?
50 High Street - Lee & Sons Drapery - is this the same building? The house and fence on the left look very similar but the power pole to the right makes me wonder. Did Lee & Sons have a store in this location? Could this be before 1918? The store looks a lot older than the first photo so the photo may be later than it first appears.
