Snow covered streetscape showing the hotel on the left, most likely in 1919 which was the first time snow had settled in the township for 30 years.
Smith's Hotel in the 1930s or 40s - Elsie Coralie Smith was the publican. If the hotel is decorated for the coronation of George VI, that would date it to 1937. If it is celebrating the end of WW2, it would make it 1945. Note the building to the left where the service station is now.
